“Material Messages: The Tales that Textiles Tell,” an exhibit at NC State’s Gregg Museum, expresses how different cultures communicate messages through their cloth-making traditions. Included are two textiles that we donated to the Gregg: a textile commemorating Sierra Leone’s 1971 switch to right hand traffic and a Senufo mud cloth from Cote d’Ivoire.
